This Mediterranean culinary holiday, set on a riverside villa in the central Algarve, is inspired by the plant-based cuisine of renowned chefs. Participants will learn to produce meze spreads, take part in a falafel-making workshop, perfect mid-morning meals such as shakshuka, and make substantial main courses like spicy mushroom ragu and moussaka. There are visits to the local market and a local vineyard to taste Portuguese wines, combined with leisure time for walks by the Funcho River, to unwind on the terrace or swim in the pool. The accommodation, a renovated rural property, has multiple rooms, plus glamping tents in the grounds.

This energetic camp is an energizing, welcoming three-day dance intensive for adults in High Wycombe. Participants are divided into levels based on ability and experience, so it is perfect for those who are brand new to popping and locking, all the way to advanced dancers or instructors. St Ives is the perfect setting for a maritime music retreat. Guests will learn historic sailing songs from a experienced musician, and try their hand at writing their own. There will be vocal warmups, breath control techniques, performance tips and a closing performance. The holiday is based at a rural hotel with views of St Ives Bay.
